All Denver International Airport pickups will be made outside of the terminal on level 5 Island 2, unless customer requests meet-and-greet inside the terminal (subject to additional fees). Your driver will contact you at the time of flight arrival advising you which door and side of the terminal (East or West) to use.
For the pickup from other airports the driver will contact you at the time of flight arrival with the pickup instructions.
The driver will keep a track of your flight and adjust the pickup time for early/delayed flights accordingly. Because of this we require flight information for all airport pickups.
Standard 20% gratuity will be added to the base rate of the ride. Extra tips for the driver's excellent service are appreciated but not required.
All airport pickups include free 30 minutes of the wait time after the scheduled pickup time. The pickup time will be adjusted according to the flight schedule in case of delays or early arrivals.
All other pickups have a complimentary 15-minute wait time after the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time will be charged on hourly rate based on the vehicle class.
All fees will be charged 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. The customer needs to provide a valid credit card information at the time of scheduling. Declined payments might result in the service cancellation.
All requests made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be granted a free cancellation.
Requests made 24-48 hours before the scheduled pickup will be eligible for the service credit that can be used for a future rides (subject to ride availability).
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in the full charge for the service.
Any information given to us by the customer is confidential and is never disclosed to the third party person or company.
Get-A-Ride LLC hereby guarantees that the vehicle being used for the services is in good condition, and meets reasonable client expectations. Additionally, the vehicle has been maintained according to manufacturer's specifications, and can be reasonably expected to be safe and reliable. However, Get-A-Ride LLC cannot make any guarantee regarding unforeseen breakdowns or defects during the limousine service period.
Get-A-Ride LLC assumes responsibility for providing a suitable limousine staffed by a competent driver for the day and hours listed in this contract. Get-A-Ride LLC will not be held liable for delays or cancellations of limousine services due to weather or other unforeseeable events.
Customer and their guests shall be allowed to occupy the vehicle used for the service as passengers on the day and hours listed in the agreement. The following activities are prohibited in the limousine:
Get-A-Ride LLC reserves the right to immediately cease limousine services without warning if these rules are broken by any passenger.
Customer agrees to pay for any damages stemming from their actions or the actions of their guests, including but not limited to ripped or stained upholstery, broken glass, or damaged panels on the interior or exterior of the limousine. These charges will be applied to Customer’s credit card on file or paid by the Customer within seven (7) days and include, but are not limited to, the following:
Vomit cleaning fee - $450
Burns - full cost of replacement/repair, a minimum of $650
Tears - full cost of replacement/repair, a minimum of $750
Additional charges for the out-of-service time may apply.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Get-A-Ride LLC harmless against any and all claims of liability or damages stemming from Get-A-Ride LLC providing limousine services pursuant to the terms of this contract. Should Customer breach this contract at any time, Get-A-Ride LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel or cease providing limousine services without notice or refund, and shall be fully entitled to reimbursement of any legal fees incurred in upholding this contract.
This limousine service agreement shall be upheld and enforced according to the laws of Colorado.
By scheduling a service the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions listed above.
The interior of all vehicles is cleaned and disinfected after each ride.
Mask and hand sanitizer are available for each passenger.
All vehicles are cleaned thoroughly daily to prevent the spread of disease.
